The physical assets of the Randwick Health & Innovation Precinct are simply unique.

More than $1.5 billion is being invested in infrastructure, of which over $1 billion is from the NSW Government through three major redevelopments. Over the next five years, three new buildings will be delivered including:

The Prince of Wales Hospital Acute Services Building (ASB), integrating UNSW health-related education, training and research spaces due to open in 2023. Here, UNSW researchers will sit side by side with clinicians across multiple disciplines promoting greater collaboration.

UNSW Sydney’s Health Translation Hub (HTH) due to open in 2025. The University has a significant presence in each of the clinical buildings and will host the health partners for education and collaboration spaces in the Health Translation Hub.

Together, these form part of a greater 2045 masterplan that is underway.

We are working together to design purpose-built environments that emphasise health innovation and collaboration, through infrastructure solutions that put patients at the centre.
