The Prince of Wales Hospital Acute Services Building (ASB) - opened March 2023

The ASB is the first major upgrade to the Prince of Wales Hospital in 25 years, delivering state-of-the-art infrastructure that supports new and innovative approaches to acute healthcare and provides staff with purpose-designed and built facilities that support contemporary clinical practice.

Sydney Children’s Hospital Stage 1 and the Minderoo Children’s Comprehensive Cancer Centre - opened November 2025

The NSW and Federal Governments committed $658 million to deliver brand new, state-of-the-art paediatric health and medical research facilities as part of the first stage of redeveloping Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick.

UNSW Sydney’s Health Translation Hub (HTH) - opened November 2025

The University has a significant presence in each of the clinical buildings and hosts the health partners for education and collaboration spaces in the Health Translation Hub.

Property fund manager ISPT, and super funds HESTA and UniSuper, as part of the Plenary Health consortium, led by investor and developer Plenary Group, wilpartner with UNSW Sydney to develop the circa $600 million Health Translation Hub (HTH) project.
