Following an extensive national search, the Randwick Health & Innovation Precinct (RHIP) is delighted to announce the appointment of Tim Regan as the new Executive Director.
Tim brings a wealth of experience and a reputation for driving transformation across health, research, government, and industry. His leadership journey includes senior executive roles at The George Institute for Global Health, Melanoma Institute Australia, Mirvac Group and Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games, along with influential governance and advisory positions across the not-for-profit, academic, and corporate sectors.
A natural connector and strategist, Tim has successfully built global partnerships, driven major organisational growth, and championed innovation and collaboration to deliver real world impact.

In his new role, Tim will spearhead RHIP’s next phase of growth—strengthening collaboration across health, research, education, government, and industry. Reporting to the RHIP Council Chair, he will work closely with partners to accelerate research translation, spark innovation, and improve health outcomes for communities across NSW and beyond.
